在安装膜结构停车棚时就应该根据膜结构现场的环境来选择防腐措施和防腐材料，并按时进行检查支承结构，索、夹板和螺栓连接等地方的防腐情况。如果有腐蚀的情况发生，先要除去防腐层，然后重新做好表面的防腐处理。

膜材替换：应在膜结构的整个使用期内保留所有的加工图，这样可使膜的替换工作变得格外的简单，只需对采用的新膜材重新进行试验以确定其补偿值即可进行替换施工。如果原幅宽的膜材缺货，则需要重新进行裁剪设计。也可能需要根据现有支承结构的具体尺寸重新进行结构找形。

Simply retest the new membrane material used to determine its compensation value for replacement construction. If the original width of the film material is out of stock, a new cutting design is required. 积水和排水：如果膜结构停车棚产生积水，必须要立即积水或积雪。如果雨雪天气持续不断，积水会使膜材遭到破坏，故要对公众关闭膜面覆盖的空间，并立刻采取措施避免新的积水。由于荷载作用下的膜结构会产生变形，膜面坡度较小处可能会有积水。
